About Hope For Korah

Hope for Korah began as a group of friends and family who focused on helping to transform the lives of those living in poverty in Korah, Ethiopia. We believe God gave the HFK board and staff in Canada, the U.S. and Ethiopia a vision for Korah and together, we have passionately pursued a plan to make sustainable change a reality. 

Volunteers and supporters have worked hard, giving of their time and gifts to stand with Korah, and many have made the journey to see this community firsthand. HFK could not accomplish the vision if not for the generosity of so many people who have come alongside from the day our mission started. Hope for Korah truly is many people working together for Hope.

Our compassionate and committed Ethiopian staff are the hands and feet of all we do on the ground in Korah. All HFK programs are administered by Ethiopians and we employ approximately 50 staff.
