Business start-ups are supported through a combination of personal savings, self-help group loans, and an HFK grant. Before launching, participants complete a business plan and receive consultation and guidance from our Socioeconomic Empowerment Officer and social work staff. Following the launch, they continue to receive mentorship for one year to help ensure the success of their entrepreneurial endeavors.
